At Ayura Labs LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations with respect to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests for most physical products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt.

The following are not eligible for return or refund: opened supplement products, gift cards, health and personal care items that have been opened, hazardous or flammable items, and final sale or clearance items as marked.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To begin a return or refund request, contact our support team at care@ayuralabs.com. We will email you the return address once your request has been reviewed and accepted. Please wait for confirmation and instructions before sending any item back. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a description and photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued for the product cost only, unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at care@ayuralabs.com with a description and photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please do the following:

  • Check your payment account or bank statement again.
  • Contact your credit card provider or payment service as processing times may vary.

If after 10 business days you still have not received your refund, contact us at care@ayuralabs.com for further assistance.


Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team at care@ayuralabs.com to allow us to resolve the issue directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns in compliance with Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal policies.
